I booked car with discount and after all they send me invoice to pay more (without discount) even though I was driving one hour less than I booked car for and I drove less kilometers they asked me to pay and when I was talking with customer service they didn't answer any questions, just say I need to pay and stopped replying to me. Wie trainieren Sie Ihre Agenten? To stop replying to customer and avoid any responsibility when porobiłem occur? Scammers. Also cars need to me maintain better. It was super dirty and we needed to clean it first
