Review: OK Mobility is NOT OK
Rented a car via booking.com. Also booked an all risk Insurance with boooking.com for 75 euro. Ok Mobility did not accept this insurance and made us sign an additional Insurance for 165 (!) euro. Car rental was 160 euro for 5 days. This was totally unneccesary according to booking.com. But do you think we got our money back after raising a complaint with Ok Mobility? Nope...
