Charged double for insurance
Review over GoldcarA few weeks ago I rented a car at goldcar, pickup Girona airport. I already got an insurance with doyouspain and on location I was told I was paying a deposit. After checking my receipt which I only got after paying it indicated we had an additional insurance with goldcar which we did not ask for and they did not ask me if I wanted this or tell me they were charging me for it. Afterward I sent an email saying I did not agree with this insurance and they only told me I was given an option, which I was not. I reacted to this email bot never got a response again. I was tricked into additional charges and would recommend never to use goldcar for rentals.
