Review over OK Rent A CarWorst car rental company you can find. I found Okay Mobility via rentalcars.com. Rented for three weeks at a great price. I had to extend the period by one day and the price was increased by 30%. From Barcelona airport the shuttle bus was impossible to find and took an hour of lugging around luggage in 32 degree heat and than wait half an hour for the bus. Online check-in did not work. When I arrived at the location, I had to draw a number and wait half an hour with three crying children. I asked for a child seat, they had one for $100, the same seat costs $89 in the store. Employee does not care a single bit. What a rip-off. Returning the car was the same process in reverse. Ok-Mobility cost us a lot of hours and negativity of our holiday. NEVER do business with this company!
