Terrible organisation

Terrible that such an organization still exists. You think you are booking with them(Auto-Europe)but you are booking with an invisible very poor organised rental car company namely RENTSCAPE.
What a worthless company. You book a car, but at arrival the desired type is not availbale, they offer you another car, but this car appears to be mechanically defective. So up for a third choice!! It is stillnot what you orderd for but there is no other way then just to accept it.
The staff at the counter are absolutly not very friendly / helpful at all. That the coffee machine is working properly is more important

To arrive at Rentscape you need to find their shuttle bus somewhere parked at the six different parking zone in front of the Marseille-airport, employees of Auto-Europe give you a total wrong indication, we lost mostly an hour to discover the shuttle bus. Very bad communication and information(s)
Due to a delayed KLM flight(1469 10 august) we had to move our reservation to the next day. Rentscape was uanable to hold our reservatio for 24 hours. We were forced to make a new booking. We payed the new booking and Rentscape promised to refund the first booking. This refunding tooks a month.before we received our money back Unacceptable seen modern banking systems.
At returning the rental car (MiniCooper) they tried to make us responsible for some scratches under the headlights by showing a picture at their Phone. The background of that picture was not where we had parked the car, it was just a picture taken at another moment at another place trying to make us responsible.( just fraudsters)
You have to make a deposit by a creditcard which will be returned at day of return.
They hold the deposit for more over of 6 days!!! which is totally unacceptabel.
All in All RENTSCAPE i a car rental company you never want to deal with.
EVERONE BE WARNED NEVER GO OUT TO SEA WITH THEM
