horrible business, do not use
Review over KAVEnded up spending twice as much as I expected to based on advertised rates, due to unexpected hidden fees and extra charges. First they sent a tikkie for 650 deposit, then an additional 100 because they messed up and it was supposed to be 750 deposit. Then I rented the van for 11:30-13:30, I returned it at 13:30 and they charged an extra half hour because the van was returned 30 seconds into 13:30 and not precisely at 13:30 or beforehand. Absolutely ridiculous. And they won't refund any of the money. Customer service is completely useless. This business should not be legally allowed to operate, it is a complete scam and ikea should absolutely not work with them and advertise them as a rental option, it is criminal.
