Please don't use Firefly. Scam

Please do NOT use Firefly. It's a scam.
We had a terrible experience with Firefly, and now understand the overall bad review scores of the company on many sites. We were about to call the police for the scam we had. It is simple: if you do not take total insurance with them (which we did not do), they are looking for anything when you return the car, to get money out of your pocket. We returned the car without damage. We have made a video of it. However, the lady of Firefly that did the inspection of the car, quickly went to the corner left drivers' side (she knew what she wanted, she did not check other corners) and showed under the shock absorber (in the chassis actually) where you could feel a small scratch. You can't see the scratch. Indeed you could feel an unevenness. I had made a video at departure, but I did not lie under the car. You really had to lie under the car on your back to see it. I thought I had ended up in a candid camera moment, but the lady of Firefly really meant it. She wanted to charge this to us. We have not signed any document, neither did they. But they do have my creditcard details of course. I don't know what will be the result. But in any case this is a pure scam story. My advise: please do not never use Firefly for your car rental.
