Bad experience with Budget Wraclaw airport - Poland
I delivered a rental car without making any damage and one week later I was charged for damages without being informed what the damage was. They even have not sent me the damage report. Still following up the reason for getting charged without even being informed with Budget but no response yet. This is so annoying.
