Drivalia is een online autoverhuurbedrijf die het mogelijk maakt om vooraf een auto te huren voor uw reis. Ze bestaan vanaf 2011 en zijn een van de beste verhuurbedrijven op Alicante en Mallorca vliegvelden. Ze hebben tot nu toe maar 2 vestigingen maat ze hebben meer dan 2000 auto's en meer dan 100.000 klanten.
Drivalia huren
Drivalia bied verschillende klassen auto's tegen redelijke prijzen. U kunt aangeven waar, wanneer en voor hoelang u een auto wilt en welk pakket. De twee pakketten zijn basic+ en ultimate. Bij Ultimate bent u volledig gedekt maar de kosten zijn uiteraad hoger.
Drivalia kosten
Na uw keus kuntt u ook additionele opties erbij kiezen zoals GPS, bijrijder, kinderstoel en boosters. Deze hebben allemaal een aparte prijs per dag. U krijgt vervolgens een offerte te zien waarna u de keus heeft op online via een credicard te betalen of om te betalen bij aankomst.
Arrogant en agressief
Nog nooit zoân arrogante onvriendelijke en agressieve ontvangst en behandeling meegemaakt. De autoverhuurder verscheen na het boeken van vlucht bij Transavia dus dacht dat t wel oké was. Niet dus. Heel onvriendelijke en agressieve ontvangst en verkoopmethode voor verzekeringen en allerlei zogenaamde afkoopregelingen voor schade etc. Bangmakerij. Niets van dat alles gedaan. En dan wordt je nog onvriendelijker behandelt. Ga er niet heen!

Slechte ervaring in Palma de Mallorca
Bij ophaling van de auto in Palma was alles volgens docuent in orde!
Gelukkig bij het nakijken gemerkt dat ruitewisser achteraan ontbrak!dat wetrd gelukkig genoteerd!bij terugbrengen ging de aandacht van de vrouwelijke bediende naar het enige deurslot, waarvan zij beweerde dat er dus poging tot inbraak zou geweest zijn! Wij hebben de auto nooit alleen gelaten!!
Bij bekijken van de andere autos die klaarstonden om opgehaald te worden merkten we dat ze allemaal zogezegd een poging tot inbraak hebben gehad, zelfs voor dat je vertrekt. Hun verhaal is dat dit op palma regelmatig gebeurt,
Kostprijs 160⬠die ze vermoedelijk aan iedere klant aanrekenen die het slot vooraf niet goed bekeken heeft!

Wij werden zeer onvriendelijk ontvangen.
Het babyzitje was niet compleet waar wel kosten voor gemaakt werd.
Het kinderzitje kregen we niet geïnstalleerd waar we geen hulp bij kregen.

*Very* heavy hard sell when I arrived with Stephanie in Alicante threatening several times to charge me 300 euros if there was even a 'tiny scratch' anywhere if I didn't take out their full insurance. The agents are obviously all be commission based.
The credit card was new and hadn't received the pin yet. Stephanie refused point blank to call the credit card company to make the transaction over the phone instead. So we were forced to pay their rip off 234 euro insurance for 2 weeks as we're stuck with two young girls 3km from the terminal. They seem to knowingly exploit their remote location to leave families with little other options.
Staff refused to provide the names of managers also.
The petrol policy is another rip off forcing your to pay for a full tank upfront at *their* rates with a ridiculous hidden 'refuelling' charge of 35 euros. To claim back any unused petrol you must send them an email later on apparently and the will not pay when you return the car. I have very low hopes of getting any of this back.

My worst experience of car hire in 20 years of going to Spain. When we hired the car there were by the sounds of the things 3 other disgruntled customers (two Spanish and one French) all arguing also with the Drivalia staff.
Avoid like the plague folks. Basically, you *will* end up paying more than the advertised price. I simply can't believe the other reviews here
