Cannot reach anybody
due to our delay with the flight, we were about to be later at the airport and I was aware of the closing time of Drivalia. There is NO way to get somebody on the phone and discuss options. This was Saturday, ONLY at Monday I received an email, so not even a call (!), but an email with opening hours. We knew these, that is why we called multiple times unsuccesfully.... Will never reserve a car here again, they cost me hundreds of euros on taxi money
