Booked a car through Cartrawler with Firefly Malaga.
At Firefly they rip you off, selling you an extra insurance you do not ned if you already got one. Even after showing them your insurance policy, they insist on selling you theirs!
Afterwards contacted Cartrawler and described what has happened.
Cartrawler cannot/will not help you, they simply say, that they cannot say what has happenend at the desk.
Still unblievable this scam can still happen in the EU.
Bottom line....over 700 for a 2 week car rent in Malaga with Firefly for a Hyundai I20........ #ripoff #neveragainfirefly #neveragaincartrawler
