Worst customer support, older and very tired cars.
My car broke down a few days into the rental and the nightmare began. Tens of calls between the rental company and the road assistance company and the car owner, and still my car is stuck on the road with a promise of a towing party on the way and and only when the car is delivered to the garage they will decide if there is a replacement. Please rent your car from a known reputable company instead if you want avoid the same horrible experience.
