Dishonest company
Review over RentalCarsHad an operator tell me I would get a refund, followed their advice, yet when I emailed them about the status of the refund afterwards, they then used some loophole to withdraw full responsibility and refused to pay me back...Instead of being able to support my very ill grandfather in the hospital, I was having to sent documents back and forth to no avail and then believe it or not, despite their dishonest and injust practices, they had the guts to wish me a 'good day' after saying they were gonna keep/steal my 91 euros.
