rentalcars.com = scam.
Review over RentalCarsBooked a car for over Euro 1200 but did not get any confirmation. When checking with Customer Service they said there was no booking. However they took over Euro 1200 from my creditcard which was actually paid as well. Since a month I am trying to get my money back, because you would assume; no booking, no payment but rentalcars is playing the scam game. I spoke to 14 different people and each and every time I get a a different answers. I have asked numerous times to investigate my complaint and returned my money, delivered proof that I have actually paid but already for over a month now I am fighting to get my money back. Filed a complaint at my credit card company and hope they can get back my money. I dis-encourage everybody to book a care here. In the real world this is called stealing and they simply try to get away with it.

They do not have a ticket system so each and every time you contact them you get a different person and even worse a different answer. A real solution is however never offered not a an outlook when things will be solved
