be extremely careful with this mediator and small letters in the contracts. They simply don't bear any responsibility after payment and, making a telephone contact in critical times is impossible.
I hired a car from Green Motion in Ankara airport for a week. My flight was delayed due to Covid-19 measures. and I arrived at the airport at 23.00 but the rental company Green Motion was already closed at 22.00 in the high season (how possible!). So, I could not pick up the car within 24 hours. In the end, I was refused to use the car for the remaining days because of this delay. and no REFUND at all. So, a lots of misery is the result in my holydays.
This is unfortunately my second annoying experience and hopefully the very last one. never again!
The lesson to be learnt: hire your car directly from a good rent-a-car company...
