Pure oplichterij bij RecordGo

RecordGo is een verhuurder die oplicht. We moesten om 23.00 u. in de avond tekenen voor ontvangst van de auto terwijl we de auto nog niet gezien hadden en er wilde niemand meelopen naar de auto. Als we niet ongezien zouden tekenen, kregen we de autosleutels niet mee bij de desk bij Malaga Airport. Nadat we de auto na onze vakantie onbeschadigd en netjes teruggebracht hebben en we weer thuis aankwamen zagen we dat RecordGo 246 euro van onze creditcard heeft afgeschreven, zonder aan te geven waarom. Bij navraag kregen we pas na 5 weken een reactie per mail. Ze zeiden dit bedrag te hebben afgeschreven van onze rekening omdat de hoedenplank ontbrak in de auto. Deze hoedenplank had er echter niet ingezeten toen we de auto kregen. Het is pure oplichterij wat RecordGo doet. Ik lees steeds meer verhalen over oplichting door RecordGo. We voelen ons zo bestolen, terwijl we zo netjes met de auto zijn omgegaan…

RecordGo es un propietario eso fastidia a la gente. Tuvimos que estar a las 23:00. en la señal de la tarde para recibir el automóvil mientras aún no habíamos visto el automóvil y nadie quería caminar hacia el automóvil. Si no firmamos sin ser vistos, no recibiríamos las llaves del auto en el mostrador del aeropuerto de Málaga. Después de que el automóvil no sufrió daños y fue devuelto cuidadosamente después de nuestras vacaciones y llegamos a casa nuevamente, notamos que RecordGo había retirado 246 euros de nuestra tarjeta de crédito, sin indicar por qué. A petición, recibimos una respuesta por correo después de 5 semanas. Dijeron que debitaron esta cantidad de nuestra cuenta porque faltaba el estante del paquete en el automóvil.
